With over 35 years of construction experience and more than 25 years in the insurance industry,

Tim Stamper brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and hands-on expertise to Wabash Builders.  Having spent decades working in both construction and insurance claims, Tim offers homeowners a distinct advantage—an in-depth understanding of how homes are built, how property damage is evaluated, and how the insurance claims process works.

Throughout his career, Tim has developed a passion for helping homeowners navigate the often confusing and stressful insurance claims process. His experience allows him to advocate for homeowners, identify overlooked damages, and help ensure repairs are properly documented and addressed.

As the owner of Wabash Builders, Tim has built his business around a simple philosophy: Put the customer first, do what’s right, and never compromise on quality or integrity.  He believes homeowners deserve honest answers, straightforward communication, quality workmanship, and a contractor who genuinely has their best interests at heart.

Whether assisting with storm damage, insurance-related restoration, roofing, siding, or home improvements, Tim takes pride in providing a personalized experience and building relationships founded on trust.

“My goal isn’t simply to complete a construction project. It’s to give homeowners peace of mind, help them make informed decisions, and deliver the quality and service they deserve.”
